Is it possible to return my order?

Items with defects will either be fixed or replaced as required. The warranties at Calabasas Decor vary by product; please refer to our Warranty Page for details on your specific item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom items such as bespoke shelving and Design Series pieces are non-returnable because they are specifically made and cannot be resold if returned. This policy also covers any stock or custom items that have been modified beyond the standard options listed on our website.

All custom orders and made-to-measure items are final sale.

Condition of Returns

Please note that customers must cover all costs for return shipping, and items must be returned unused and in a condition suitable for resale.

Return Policy Details

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for stock items that are unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Ineligible Items: Custom orders, made-to-measure items, or products that have been altered are not eligible for returns.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are generally processed within 3 to 10 days, depending on your banking institution.
