01Agreement to Terms

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Calabasas Decor Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the services. You agree that by accessing the services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we cannot guarantee that your electronic display will be accurate.

04Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

05Return Policy

Please review our Return Policy posted on the Services prior to making any purchases. Because many of our items are custom-manufactured to your specific dimensions (e.g., cut-to-length shelving), certain restrictions apply to returns of custom items.

06Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.

07WebChatOS Text Alerts

WebChatOS internal support alerts are operational text messages sent to authorized Calabasas Decor employees when a customer starts a webchat conversation or when a webchat conversation requires staff attention. These alerts are used only to help our team respond to customer support inquiries and are not used for marketing.

Authorized employees may be enrolled in WebChatOS text alerts by company administrators or by providing their mobile number for internal support alert coverage. Message frequency varies based on customer webchat activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To get help with WebChatOS text alerts, reply HELP. To opt out of WebChatOS text alerts, reply STOP. After opting out, you may no longer receive internal webchat support notifications by SMS unless you are re-enrolled.
